Horrible service from broker Mbongeni Solomon Ngema

Poor/lack of service from Mbongeni Ngwenya broker who won’t respond to my emails together with llewellyn naidoo, they will not assist with process to reverse debit order for a canceled insurance, also this means the insurance is highly likely to debit me again next month as they have not supp**** with proof that the insurance is canceled as I have requested.

Thanks for getting in touch and letting us know what is occurring. We do not run the debit order, however we can assist in finding out why the Insurer has not refunded for the cancelled insurance.
