He is actually worthy to be called a Manager

I had a run in with Vezithemba Cala yesterday with a clients policy, and unfortunately Vee who is a Team Supervisor was NOT helpful at all, and doesn't give any feedback. Today I asked for the manager and got to speak to Ronald. All I needed was to have the clients inception date changed to today for delivery and Ronald did this within 10 minutes if not less. Ronald you are truly one of VERY few Managers in the Customer Care segment that actually DOES what he needs to do. Like I said please DON'T ever resign :-) Well done. For a Portfolio Manager you are GREAT :-)
