My Broker Jani is always on top of her game, she is available when needed and responds quickly. she is a true definition of a people's person. I wrote her an email about been unhappy about my annual review and the basic excess fee and within 3 minutes she responded and said she would sort it out and boom I received an amended policy document and I was shocked at was my Excess amount was now. wow I am more than Satisfied and because of her wonderful service I am still a loyal Auto and general customer.
