<p>In January 2016 I had enquired on vehicle insurance rates and had decided to insure with another provider. I discovered in January 2017 that I had been double debited by Oaksure and my current provider. Estor Marie Van Pletzen from Oaksure Customer Care assisted me in my dispute with abo****e dedication, professionalism and efficiency. If ever I was to change insurers, I will definitely be considering Oaksure ... due to the amazing service received from Estor. Needless to say I was refunded half of the debits from Oaksure and am awaiting for my current provider to refund the other half.</p>
