EMPTY PROMISES AND POOR SERVICE

am a salesman at carmax we sell motor vehicles, I have been dealing with Lisa for the past two months but the service I get is really poor. I send as much leads to Lisa as possible. Lisa has sold a policy to a client of mine on the 12th of February 2016 today is the 10th of March 2016 and still I'm waiting for my kickback to be paid out to me which was promised by Lisa. Another client of mine took a policy from Lisa, Lisa never informed me about it, I followed up myself on the client, Lisa promised to send me the confirmation of cover to me on the 7th of March I still haven't received anything.... If there is anything anyone can do to help me in this situation I will really appreciate it. We have been taken advantage of by oaksure Insurance. Lisa ignores all my messages and refuses to get back to me
