Dissapointed and i would not recommend it to anyone they good in pets

I am very dissapointed on the service I am getting I am the one who is doing all follow ups . i have been paying for a platinum cover to assist me in times where I am involved I a car accident and i could be able to hire a car or pay for my uber rides but that not happening I am left stranded o also have excess buster hut however I am requested to pay excess....what was i paying for ? If I am not benefiting anything from the services I have been paying. In my knowledge if you go to a panel beater you receive the quatation ghat day what taking you guys so long
