DISGUSTING SERVICE
I WAS INVOLVED IN A CAR ACCIDENT WHILE I WAS ON A BOLT TRIP. I HAD TO BE TAKEN TO HOSPITAL AND MY LAPTOP GOT DAMAGED, I HAVE BEEN BOOKED OFF FROM WORK. NO ONE HAS EVEN BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THE ACCIDENT. I'VE EMAILED I'VE CALLED I'VE SPOKEN TO BOLT BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED A EMAIL OR A PHONE CALL OR NOTHING. I FOUND OUT SAD NEWS THAT VERY DAY CONCERNING MY HEALTH I WAS AT THE HOSPITAL; IN THE MORNING GETTING TESTS DONE AND THE HAD TO BE TAKEN BY AMBULANCE BACK TO THE HOSPITAL. MY SIGHT IS BLURRED NOW AND I HAVE BAD HEADACHES. I HAVE TO GET TREATMENTS DONE AND I AM TOO AFRAID TO USE THE BOLT SERVICE. I GET DIZZY SPELLS ALL THE TIME AND HAVE TO SEE A SPECIALIST FOR TRAUMA THAT I GOT IN MY NECK DUE TO THE ACCIDENT.
THIS IS NOT THE PROPER TREATMENT OF A CUSTOMER AND ESPECIALLY IF I WAS ONLY A PASSENGER ON A TRIP HOME.

DDalene Brown, reported 2 months agoGood dayI was involved in a accident on the 1st November 2022 while on a trip with Bolt.The accident happened at 2.30 on the corner of Southern Klipriviersberg Road and Quantok Rd South Hills.The driver was driving down Southern klipriversburg road and while going through the four way stop she hit the vehicle that was crossing over. Her vehicle hit the the other vehicle on the left side where I was sitting and the impact made the car swerve to hit another car that was stopped on the opposite side of the road. I was hit on my left side of my face and neck by the right airbag that deployed an my colar bone was hurt by the seat belt. The front airbag hit me in my chest. I was stuck in the car as the door was stuck no was helping me to get out the car and had to push the door open and my hand and and arm as hurt further. When I got out the car my arm and neck was in pain and I was dizzy the tow truck driver that arrived on the scene called for ambulance. I was taken to the Alberron Netcare hospital and recieved treatment. I had xrays done and a sonar done and had to have a CT scan. Nothing was broken but must return in a week to see if there is any damage to my neck and shoulder nerves or pulled muscles.Since the accident my neck and back pain are still present. I have been booked off work for 7 days which is unpaid. My laptop was inside my bag and the screen got damaged. And when I got to the hospital I only realized then that my engagement ring is missing.
