did not know procedure of registering a claim

Had an accident on thursday night and trying calling my insurer on friday on doing a claim but couldn't get through because it was a holiday. Called Oaksure today and guy by Jewell explained to me thoroughly on registering a claim, he called my insurer to do the claim and they called me. Now am relieved because all in order, thanks to Jewell I have peace of mind now.
