Compliment on service regarding Insurance Claim

Good Day<br> <br> I would like to take these opportunity to acknowledge Refiloe Moikabi's efforts in assisting me with Insurance Claims so I can get my car fixed. I had a minor accident last year February 2015 were someone knocked on my car. The car had Dents and Scratches which was fixed these these year 2016. Though it took time for Refiloe to get my Insurance assistance regarding the above mention matter. I highly appreciate her efforts for GOOD CUSTOMER ATTITUDE, FOCUS AND GOING EXTRAMILE FOR ASSISTING ME. I BELIEVE HER EFFORTS SHOULD RECOGNIZED.
