Complicated Claim Resolved easily by Bafana

I had a very a complicated claim with oaksure financial services with the person handling it being retrenched without all the necessary handovers. I was waiting thinking that I my claim is processed only to restart the process. I was then allocated Mr Bafana Malindi who took it upon himself to ensure that the claim reaches its finality.
