Complain

Hi.i have a problem i insured my car with Oaksure insurance my police no was: UTTI000107 on 2018/ 06 /19.So the Broker was RENASA ,i have aproblem because my car was involved in the car accident on 27 April 2019 and the insurance write it off.The problem now i'v paid the disc at trafic department they said the car was not scratched ,just imagine its so frastrating. And i need the RC1 IF m phoning Nedbank they say they send it to RENASA on 24 January 2020 .m not getting any help and i can't keep on paying the disc while the car is nomore. Please intervene i need help
