Claims & Support.
Bafana M assisted me with my VUM Insurance claim and I was happy, however after the claim no one from their team is taking communication seriously. They don’t have good communication. They could improve with getting back to clients as well as being responsive on their WhatsApp as well as emails.
Their sales team is the most effective when offering insurance, but support is not the best.
