Claim not being seen to..and for not paying for my vehicle repairs when I was not at fault

Hi.. My vehicle is insured with oaksure/renasa... I was in a accident on the 30th December... My vehicle is at the panel shop since then... Iv done everything they asked me to do and fill out and sent them everything they asked for.. The accident was not my fault... Guy drove into me.. He ran a red light... So now renasa are saying that I have personal insurance and I was using my vehicle for business and they have sent my claim to higher department... Investigator asked me where I was coming from... I said I went to buy a amplifier for my vehicle... So the investigator but on my investigation report that I went to buy a amplifier to resell under my business witch is false... 2ndly they told me that they are writing my vehicle off and I refused to let them write my vehicle off.... Iv done everything.. I evens personally asked the panel shop for discount on repairing my vehicle and I evens took responsibility to my engine because they claim the engine got hurt but the vehicle starts and drives... My vehicle is 4months old... So now I don't know what to do because it's a month and I'm paying my premiums and paying my vehicle... Enyone have suggestions on how I can go about this.. Because im stressing myself.. I'm using my savings to pay the vehicle and premiums and I'm running dry... All renasa and oaksure can do is repair my vehicle and claim there money back from the guy that caused the accident...
