change of excess fee

The email I received from you yesterday, 5 February 2015, is quite disturbing.<br> <br> I was not informed that the 1st excess quotation was subject to change. Only in the second email, which was sent yesterday, is there any form of warning.<br> <br> The red warning reads <br> \Please note: Excesses are not final and may change should the final quantum change ".<br> <br> I strongly believe that I should have been warned prior to my first payment of R4000.00.
