Bad service from Oaksure the broker and Lion Of Africa

I have been dealing with Mpumelelo from Oaksure since the 2nd of November 2018 about my car that was written off, i have signed the AOL and Mpumelelo said i will be paid in January but till today i have not been paid. I phone her almost every day but still i can not be paid. I can not afford to pay the bank and the insurance yet i do not have a car, i have lost income for 3 months. If they had repaired the car it was going to be cheaper, better and convenient to me. I finally spoke to Mpume today who said Lion of Africa has problems?? what does that mean ? I received an sms that they are moving to a new insurance, why before they pay me? The AOL came from Mandy from Lion Of Africa who advised that the car has to be moved from the Auction place but till today the car is Auction Africa in Sacks Circle Industria in Bellville. what is going on here?
