Bad service from Besure Insurance Brokers and Budget Insurance

I am extremely disappointed by the unprofessional and unsatisfactory service I have received from Besure Insurance Brokers. My cancellation request was clearly communicated on 29 May 2026, yet it was not actioned. As a result, I was incorrectly debited, and despite numerous follow-up calls and emails, I have experienced unnecessary delays, poor communication, and unfulfilled promises regarding my refund. The lack of acknowledgement of my correspondence and the failure to provide timely updates have caused me significant inconvenience and financial distress.

I respectfully request that this matter be investigated as a matter of urgency and that my refund be processed immediately. I also request a written explanation as to why my cancellation request was not processed when it was first submitted on 29 May 2026, resulting in an unauthorized debit from my account after cancellation.
