Bad service
The level of bad service we have received from this broker is really disappointing. We requested a cancellation via email from the broker, Zanele and also confirmed via a phone call on the 2 September 2021. Yesterday we called her, she denied ever talking on the phone call and the email. We had asked her to change the banking details which she failed to do, we have unpaid debits because of her. Its 18 days later no cancellation letter. The car is insured with absa activate since the 2 September 2021. I need this cancelled as in today and i want no further debits
