WE ARE USED TO BORDER LETTER REQUESTS TAKING AGES. WE ARE USED TO WAIT FOR 48HRS TO RECEIVE SAME BUT RONALD MAKES IT EASY. ESPECIALLY WHEN ONE HAS A FAMILY EMERGENCY. I RECEIVED MINE WITHIN 10 MINS. KEEP IT UP RONALD. WISH IF ALL YOUR INDUSTRY PEARS COULD EMULATE YOUR SERVICE LEVELS.
