3rd party knocked on my car since February and Insurance is not willing to help me

Since February I was involved in an accident. Someone knocked on my car and that person was driving company car (white ford bantam). The latter scretched my car which currently has bad stratches and dents. since I lodged a claim February 2015 to be assisted but I'm not satisfied with Oaksure as my broke. I would be asked to feel 1 form after the other and request quotations 1 after the other. <br> <br> really, this is hurting as I'm not coming to a point of being help satisfactory. I have been assisted by Refiloe Moikabi. I took my car for another inspection after been told that assessor will come n assess it. the assessor didn't come, instead they advised me to request quotation which I did n sent to Refiloe. Refiloe sent the quotation to the assessor.<br> <br> end od 2nd week back Refiloe Moikabi told me that I have to wait a while the assessor mistaking released payment to the amount of R7000. Quotation amounted to +R9000. Reason why she asked me to wait a while according to Refiloe was that \ she avoid a situation whereby payment released been R7000 and I will be asked to pay difference of R2000 because these problem is caused by 3rd party not me. <br> <br> today I'm told another story I have to pay "
