Excellent service from Charlain Wessels at Oaksure. This young lady was so patient with me. I first did a quote with her a while ago and ended up going with a different Insurer because she did advise me to get other quotes and compare the one she gave me with others. I found a quote that was R100 cheaper than what she was giving me so I accepted only to find out the insurer gave me a higher excess to try and beat the premium Charlain gave me. This young lady is so clued up on her work because she did tell me that I should compare the premium with the excess which I forgot to do. Nevertheless, she helped me late on Friday afternoon, she even worked overtime to ensure that we did everything so that I was fully covered. This young lady also knows how to do almost everything on Bolt so that she can assist all of her to the best of her ability if they ever have an issue.She's even assisting me with my uber application now. She is very smart, and helpful and she has a very kind heart Oaksure will be losing if she ever has to leave 100/10 for Miss Charlain Wessels!
