Customer care doesn't exist

I've had a very nasty experience with fresh cream bought at the Starwood spar in Phoenix, on the 29th of december I purchased a 1liter cream from the store the expiration date on the bottle was 3rd January 2021 but when I opened the cream on the 30th it was spoilt I called the store they asked me to bring it back they saw it did spoil before time but said they were out of stock an should return in a few days to get another so on Saturday the 9th I went to the store an picked up a new one which was meant to expire 13th January to my amazement when I opened it on the 11th it was already spoilt this now shows that the product it self is no good , mind you I've already wasted petrol 4 times going to the store an time an inconvenience I then email their customer care department with no reply try calling their number on the carton an it doesn't exist called Telkom directory an they dont have a number for them either. I'm extremely disappointed an dissatisfied I've wasted more money on this an never got to use it. Some sort of reimbur*****t is due for the inconvenience an their neglect to customer service
