Poor/No service at Oakridge

I have signed up for car insurance with Oakridge and they contacted me to make it better,i am obliged to notify them within 14 days of receiving the vehicle to come do their inspection and install a tracking device into the vehicle, I have been calling since the 1st day and still no answer. After the 14th day they will be quick to penalize me for not contacting them not taking into consideration my efforts and their neglect.
