Unprofessionalism

This business does it's job with regards to normal doctor appointments, but my complaint is of ethical and unprofessional concerns. One day I was there for a general appointment. My father is responsible for payments. Our medical aid did not have funds available, so my dad tried to call the accounts woman to recheck. So this woman came out and told me "we both know your dad is lying that there is money in that account" and they would not let me leave until someone payed. Sorry but no professional can call my family *****, that is disrespect and no one apologized to me.

Also, two boys came in and the reception was speaking to them lacking kindness. A lady felt it was rude, so she tried to complain respectfully. The reception called the accounts lady who then yelled at this woman, threatened for her to leave without recieving her appointment and said they don't want someone like her there.

Later, I wrote a complaint on google review. The doctor himself called my dad to threaten that I take my review down or they will get lawyers involved. The doctor texted me PERSONALLY and told me that that woman was mentally unwell and they had reasons to react the way they did.

SORRY but that is a lie, haha. Even if the woman had a mental illness, they treat their patient like trash then, even if she was mentally sick or not.

Guys, just be careful of this place. I never had a problem for years, until that day. Thereafter I took my review away and they denied me access to the facility.
