Polarised Lenses Peeling

I Bought my oakleys just over a year ago (warranty is 1 year), and suddenly my lenses polarized film started coming off. I took it to Sunglasshut at Century City (where I bought it) but because the warranty was up, they suggested I contact Oakley SA direct. This took me a good couple of months, just could not get through on the number and the e-mail given in the automated response also seems to be unmonitored as no response was ever received after NUMEROUS emails. Eventually, I did manage to speak to a person at Oakley, who told me that they can replace the lenses for me and he quoted me a price. When I told him that I feel that I shouldn't be paying for this as this is clearly a problem (I googled the subject and loads of people are complaining WORLDWIDE about the same thing!!!!!) of the manufacturer, I was told to take it or leave it. SAD! I love my sunglasses but they look terrible as you can clearly see the peeling and it irritates my eyes. I will never buy oakleys again. Really BAD product and really BAD customer service!!!
