PAINT PEELING OFF PERSCRIPTION GLASSES
<p>Dear Oakley </p> <p> </p> <p>i have made contact with your HQ in cape town - no luck what so ever and waiting still for teh customer care manager to call me back .</p> <p> </p> <p>contacted my optomitrist were i purchased the frames from - still awaiting feedback from them as im sure as hell they are awaiting on you guys .</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly i have a pair of frames still over 5years of ages , nothing wrong with them , (yes theya re Oakley ), then i have a pair of perscription sunglasses too , nothing wrong with them , now my current pain\r on the ear pieces at the tip ends have paint peeling off of them.</p> <p> </p> <p>NOW your Alberton rep says the frames come with only a one year warrently - bulls+@t as on your webiste it clearly states all frames weather it be goggles sunglasses or spectacle use comes with a standard 2year warrently ,what is up with that - do i get the short end of the stcik as he is leaving his job now as from what i have heard .</p> <p> </p> <p>PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST AND TRUST ME NO MORE OAKLEY FOR ME AFTER THIS -also who every controlsthe facebook messanger replies needs some serious help as a reply 3days later for a international company like yourself is shoddy to say the least .</p> <p> </p> <p>And dont worry i shall spread the gospel of my sitaution far and wide .</p>
