DONT EXPECT SYMPATHY ON POOR QUALITY OAKLEYS

I have had a pair of Oakley Fast Jacket sunglasses for approximately 5 years. After having had it for -+ 3 years the iridium coating started peeling . It became unbearable as this process progressed. LUXOTTICA, agents for OAKLEY in S.A. first of all do not have a customer care/repair centre like they use to for obvious reasons!! So upon my first attempt to change the lenses I ended at SUNGLASS HUT customer service, they refuse to help as this was not their problem...

Eventually I did get to contact LUXOTTICA directly who after some time offered to direct me to the next available stockist rather than stand by the quality of their product !

This was the second pair of OAKLEYS I bought, but will definitely be the last !!
