Positive Experience!

I would just like to thank the staff for their incredibly compassionate approach with our family during such an emotional time. We really felt carried by the team from the very beginning, throughout and after the funeral took place. A special mention to Ben from the Durban branch - I just cannot thank him enough for his attention to detail and the intentional time spent with our family supporting us through such a difficult process of decision making. His compassionate demeanor was a comfort to us from the moment we stepped into his office. What a positive experience!
