poor hygeine and bad customer service

Last night my fiance and i booked a room at oaklands guest lodge. It was the last room available for the evening so we paid for the room and left for supper and returned 2 hours later. Wen i wanted to shower i opened the cupboard and find used towels in there, so i request clean towels and im given just 1 towel as they say that's alll they have. I then go to shower and notice the shower fitting is broken. When the aircon was used it released an odour of cigarette smoke. After some time we spoke to the guy in charge at night who wasnt very proffesional and seemed slightly intoxicated we left after Admitting they only have 6 extra sets of clean sheets for 16 rooms. The next day i called the owner to complain of the various issues, he was extremely unhelpful and rude and unapologetic.<br>
