What a lovely gentleman!
I just wanted to say that I was very happy with Mpumezo Joxo jovial disposition. While insurance is not the most fascinating subject, he managed to keep me engaged and calm. Nornally being on the phone for 10 to 15 mins would wear on my patience, but I really could not get irritated at all with someone so friendly on the other line. <br> <br> All round great service from Blenheim Insurance Administrators.
