Wrong parts supp**** to panelbeater/Assesor????

As a customer of Dotsure (Oakhurst Insurance) I am very disappointed and will never refer anyone to this insurance company. Vehicle accident 12 Sept 2015. It's been more than a month, vehicle workmanship in first place dredfull, assessor did not put all necessary parts on his assessment, insurance company sent wrong or 2 of the same items to panel beaters. Un-acceptable. I pay the insurance company to follow-up and handle my claim as I pay them every month, I need to phone regularly, I need to go to panelbeater. No apology to date for bad assessor and panel beater they choose. VERY VERY BAD INSURANCE COMPANY. I STILL DONT HAVE MY VEHICLE. Insurance not even helpful to assist me with transport due to their negligence.
