Wow price hike of R600 in this time

This morning I receive a email in regards to a premium hike from R2746 to R3300 just because I claimed for building repairs less than R15000. I have being with outsurance for many years and only claimed like 4 time in all this time and now when this do break you slap me with a R600 increase. My husband is retired and he is currently working for extra income but due to all the things in our country at the moment he is not going to earn any money, His company is in the tourism and they cancelled all the guest. This is not a time and place to slap your clients with a R600 price hike. I'm going to look for new insurance and Outsurance has not sympathy for their clients
