Worst service ever by Oakhurst Insurance Company
I have received the worst service from Oakhurst Insurance company, the consultant are not helpful at all. I called in multiple times and was transferred from one department to the other. Furthermore I have been forced to accept second hand parts for my repairs or will have to pay for the extra cost incurred. The assessor cannot reassure whether specific parts have not been impacted at the time of the incident after running his assessment report not to mentioned that the insurer only pays up to 65% of the market value otherwise the car will be written off. terrible service!!

Dear Mr Maepa
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
As discussed telephonically, the insurer's duty is to indemnify you. This means that you should be put in the same position you were in prior to the accident. As your vehicle is a 2013 model and no longer under warranty, the insurer will use generic parts to repair your vehicle.
We confirm that repairs were authorised and that your claim handler will proceed with the process to finality.
