Worst service!

I have NEVER in my life been so disgusted in service provided by Oakhurst Insurance! Are you delivering a service or just delivering in your own gain?!

Absolutely poor communication and false promises. You do not support your clients needs-even though your client was not in the wrong! Why didn’t you suggest claiming third party initially-which will be better for your client?! Now we are NEVER going to get our excess back... You didn’t explain the schedule clearly-making it cloudy to the client! We had even emailed the ombudsman but no assistance at all was offered to your client to fix the mess! We never missed a payment! BUT When the paw paw hits the fan-you are of NO assistance.
