WORST INSURER EVER!!!!

I am insured with Oakhurst Insurance. On the 4th of May they broke into my house which are inside a security complex with devils fork and electric fencing with access gates that are being dialled open. On the 4th a friend of mine took me to Casualties as I could not breath, upon return we found the door forced/broken open and then realised that they stole a lot of things. The alarm went off and my neighbour can contest to that. Today I received a letter by Ramond Kotze from Oakhurst that the claim has been rejected due to no forced entry, which there was, photos was sent and that we do not fit the security requirements. Which obviously we do. We sent all the relevant casualty reports, photos, quotes, opened a case and the Assessor Wimpie Wilson from JM Investigation services are the worst assessor. He does not listen and makes his own story. He did not even check everything but made assumptions. It took them a month to get to this, not only are they slow I will not advice any one to join Oakhurst or if you are a client you must definitely try to get out while you still can. They are a bunch of ****** and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
