Worst Insurance Service.

The most useless insurance company in SA. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have even cancelled all my other policies with them.

I have business insurance with Oakhurst. Insured 3 of my cars with them. In April one of my drivers had an accident. Oakhurst paid only a portion of the settlement amount citing not having a permit as one of the reasons yet it's the Department of Transports fault, to the point that they allow vehicles to operate on uber and taxify based on the OL document. But Oakhurst goes against the Department and does their own thing. I have never missed a payment that time. They sneakily add things to your policy and amend your policy schedule without your consent. Bunch of ******. If you need uber or business insurance, stay away from Oakhurst. They are useless.
