Worst INSURANCE EVER
I bought a car as a gift to my mother thanking her to have raised us under terrible circumstances a car which i personally pay including Oakhurst insurance. It was unfortunate that I had an accident using the car which is still brand new, beside I am also covered as a driver for that car BUT when i sent my clam to Oakhurst I received their final investigation report which says "MY CLAIM HAS BEEN DECLINED" because I failed to disclose my mother's financial status which include judgement. How do i know my mother had judgement if she never disclosed that to me as her child? beside what has my mother's financial status had to do with me having an insurance which has been deducting from my own account? why do i have to question my mother about her financial status when I have to buy her a thank you gift? did her status failed me from paying for the insurance which is registered under my name, if it was my mother who had accident maybe I could pause but I WAS AND I AM THE PAYER AND CAR IN MY NAME? Where is justice under such circumstances? if i failed to disclose my own status I could understand not my mother....I wouldnt recommend anyone to this insurance they luring people and come up with stories when they supposed to do the right right I can even pay a front page for the world to know what they do to people who trusted them for cover because these outcomes are definitely uncalled for now they want to return my written off car back to me? not to cover for what they promised when i took it including the courtesy car i thought i was paying for in times of need so my money was just taken for NOTHING.....Mad for life
