WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!!!!!! do not use them!!!! Will make any excuse not to pay out.

Referring to: Claim No AAEM***; We are currently experience a wold wide pandemic called COVID19 which have resulted in a national lock-down and salary cuts as a result. Due to salary cuts, i have paused my insurance as i couldn't pay. My vehicle was ****** on 25 July 2020 at my workplace in broad daylight. Net star was on top of the tracking and trying to locate my vehicle. Unfortunately my car is till missing. I have started with my claim to only be told that since my insurance have been paused that they are not going to pay out. Come on guys, there is a worldwide pandemic that was uncalled for as a result i had to pause my insurance. If it was not for this pandemic i would not have paused my insurance. I am so disappointed in your decision to reject my claim and i really hope your can reconsider. When we need you, you are making any excuse possible not to assist us. I will NEVER, EVER use you guys again!!!!!! Be more considerate then you wouldn't get all of these horrible reviews!!!!
