Won't pay claim because I'm under 30years of age. What a joke?

This insurance needs to be shut down as it is ******** people out of their money. They are useless and will always find ways to not pay out.

I've been with them for 5 years and my car is even being paid up in a few months. Not once have I ever claimed from them, but year on year my premium increases.

Last month I submitted a claim as I had a little mishap on the road but they refused to payout and stated that I was under the age of 30 at the time of the accident. I'm so shocked to hear that, meaning if my car had been hijacked or written off they would of never paid out?? So all this time because clearly I am still under 30 basically I haven't been covered. I've even taken an excess waiver, meaning they been ******** me more of my money knowing that they wouldn't cover me either which way because I'm under 30.

What a joke? I will be contacting the ombudsman on this circus and clown of an insurance! I hope they loose all their clients because they are nothing but a ****!!

You had a claim for an incident that occurred on 26 January 2020 under your Oakhurst Elite Policy. The excesses applicable on your Comprehensive cover is correctly app**** and you were informed that your claim fell within the stipulated excess.

The policy wording read with the policy schedule contains the contract between the parties. We confirm you have agreed to the terms and conditions of your policy, and all policy documents were sent to you throughout the life time of your policy. The said terms and conditions of your policy were applicable to your claim.

Excess Buster Policy (excess waiver):

You claimed against your Excess Buster Policy, however your claim was declined. In terms of your Excess Buster Policy wording that was emailed to you on 31 October 2019, we confirm that you were informed accordingly that for you to qualify for this benefit, your claim against your Comprehensive Policy must be valid and for an amount more than the total excess applicable.
