What is the Point of having a Personal Consultant?
I have sent two emails (1 on the 19th Feb and another one on the 23rd Feb) inquiring about what is covered in my policy . There was no response , I then called on the 29th ,04th March and 07th March no response !! So Now Please let me know why exactly do I have a \Personal Portfolio Consultant \" Who is either unavailable or unable to assist ?"
