What a pleasure to to deal with such a soul.
She sent me an sms that was not meant for me and when I contacted her I got the most pleasant experience ever After a feeling of despondency regarding progress on my claim she took her time to help me out and within 10 minutes my problem was solved and she sent me an email confirming authorisation of repairs to my vehicle.She is a God send really....priceless,has got a human touch also cause when I spoke to her again on 16/02/15 she .asked me how my grandson was(touching). May the Almighty shower her with blessings.
