What a pleasure

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Oakhurst on a motor vehicle claim I just had. I had nightmares thinking of dealing with an insurance company and getting my claim approved but with Oakhurst it was a dream. My claim has been approved and our car will soon be fixed. A special mention for Mariska Brits though. She assisted me on two separate occasions and was courteous, didn't fob me off when I asked for the person I'd been dealing with who was busy on another call, she went ahead and assisted me which was just great! And she even wished me a belated happy birthday when I gave my ID number so she could pick me up on the system. What an asset to a company. Well done Oakhurst and especially well done Mariska! Thank you for making this claim process smooth and easy!
