Waist of money insurance!

Absolutely the worst insurance company ever!!!! Had a break in 5months ago and the claim is only settled now! Best part you should give proof of ownership of everything that was ******! Then they send people to check the house and they say that they can see there was forced entry, and on Oakhurst report they say there is no sign of forced entry??? So what's the point of taking!! HOUSEHOLD CONTENT!! cover with them if they simply refuse to pay anything that was ******!!! Terrible client service, terrible admin.
