Vodacom Insurance

I cancelled my Insurance on the 2 of March. Ladies advise my next debit order will be credited and will not be covered for March. This was confirmed twice. My debit order went off on the 1st of April. Sadly my insurance was deducted again!!!! Vodacom Insurance failed to take my calls. A lady phone me back and apologized. I asked for the call recordings as the promised was not met. Up until now.. no call or recordings received and my statements still shows my Insurance amount!!! I want my 2 months insurance premiums back!!!

7 months ago my phone went for repairs. Vodacom didn't want to pay my repair as I did not pay ny insurance. How funny that the insurance gets deducted with my phone monthly . Me the CLIENT had to sort this out because vodacom can't get their **** together.

I've been a loyal client for 10 years and this how they treat me?

After this contract ends I I will gladly move to another service provider
