Very Impressive
I work in a "Bank" that strives to give clients an excellent service and I love receiving it. I have never been impressed with the telemarketers in general because they read scripts and fail to understand that what is important is the client understanding what they are saying, which is where they miss the whole thing. On the 29th of April I received a call from my new Insurance which is Oakhurst. Damn, the girl answered all my questions and was very patient with me, because i just don't do sign ups over the phone, because telemarketers never want to answer questions but just read what they see in front of them. They not trained for objections or any other services that the company offers which can be annoying actually. But Thembakazi Mavi from Oakhurst Insurance was just good.. I hope she can get a chance to actually be the one who Trains people in that organization of what clients should receive as an excellent client service....definitely going to recommend you to other people....Clients are walking billboards, they can help the company grow or lose out market share....Well done once again
