I was in an accident with the Oakhusrt Insured driver who at the scene of accident acknowledge liability as he didn't stop at the robots. After submitting my third party claim because I had no legal representation nor insurance at that time the refused to pay my written off car claiming 90/10 apportionment in favour of their driver. Ater 3 years they made an offer of R15000 to damages of over R300000. To this day they haven't paid though I accepted their offer as I wanted closure to this matter
