Unprofessionalism

Took my vehicle for an assessment, access was too high so I declined the claim, hail damage on vehicle and the assessor claims no hail, I have a video of my vehicle being in a hail storm, they never want to answer their phones and when they do they put you on hold for long periods of time. Pathetic...
