Unpaid Claim

This pathetic so callled insurance company they are ****** who are only interested in taking people money every month and find all excuses in the world not pay for claims , on the 22nd of March 2018 I was in a accident on the N1 my car C230 Mercedes Benz 2005 was wriiten due to the accident caused by heavy rains the was very wet and slippery my spun out of control crashed into the barriers and it mashed on the right side and the front. They sent a tow truck to come town my car instead of a flatbat knowing very well the sensetivity of the gearbox of the Mercedes Benz it is not sup****d to be towed rather it must be placed on a flatbat transported ot a safe place. I logged a claim OAK ********** -00004 the same day of the accident thy decided to write off my car and only pay half of the claim and not pay the short fall it's been 3 months now of me not having a vehicle and they sstiil have not payed the short fall claiming their calculations do not warrant them to pay anything and all along i have been paying my montlhy premiums without fail and to make matter s worse they under insured my vehicle from the time i got it when I called them for the past year they said they rea still iinvestigating the matter they would come back to me and it has been a full year with not response. They make use of fency titles like personal potfilio consulltants but these so called cosultants are coosntantly unvailable to take your calls and do not respond to emails. This is the worst insurance company ever on the face of the earth they descreminate angaisnt black people and treat us likke dirt while they take money from us monthly but fail to deliver service. On my firsty claim they wanted to write off my car for minor repairs claiming the value of the car is very low nmeanwhile they are the one who under insured the vehicle in the fisrst place. And now that it's time for them to me for the claim they make excuse not to pay . If anybody has taken a policy with these ****** do yourself a favour and get another reputable insurer who will not trat you like worhtless dirt. They are croocks stay way from them
