UNNECESSARY INCREASE

I would like you to request an explanation of what informs you to increase the insurance twice a year I have many reasons to believe that you cannot increase your insurance now and then,one of the reasons being the car depreciates and if a customer like myself pays your insurance for 8 years without claiming any single cent but the insurance keep on increasing it is questionable the car i insured has lost value but instead of the insurance going down u keep on increasing i have taken out my other from your insurance and i will do the same with the rest i can see that you attract people by giving them low premium knowing that you will keep on increasing as you please you don't value your customers at all what is that you are putting back in my pocket for being a loyal client for 8 years

I have been a client for more than 8 years and never claimed anything that should count as something to you looking at the fact that the value of the car depreciates this is not an investment.
