Unfair treatment on the claim
they advise you to take insurance cover with them and then when it comes time to claim they introduce new additional excesses. I had business insurance with them and my excess was R5000, now when my quotation was R35000 they reduced it to R26000 and deducted R25000 excess and paid ME R1200 to fix my damage of R35000..so I advise people to stop joining this bogus insurance company.
