Dear Bongiwe

We confirm that you had a claim on your Oakhurst Insurance policy following an accident on 8 May 2014 which was authorised for settlement. Due to the extent of the damages, your vehicle was deemed a code 3 write-off. The claim settlement process was explained to you and your claim was settled as per the terms of your policy.

We further confirm that this matter was previously referred to the Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance (OSTI) by you in 2014 and that OSTI closed the matter in favour of Oakhurst.

We trust you find the above in order.
